Range of leaflets in different languages on baby feeding. The information is in English, Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, Lithuanian, Mirpuri, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Roumanian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Tamil, Turkish, Urdu, Vietnamese and Welsh.

This leaflet encourages women to become more aware of their bodies generally and to get to know their own breasts. This is an important issue for all women in their mid-twenties and onwards, as learning how their breasts look and feel at different times will help women know what is normal for them and to recognise any irregular changes. The Blood Pressure Association has translated its main blood pressure booklet "Introducing high blood pressure", which highlights the main facts about blood pressure and lowering it, into the 32 most common non-English languages in the UK. Also linked here is their translation of their "Love your heart: A South Asian guide to controlling your blood pressure" into Bengali, Gujerati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
